Maja Vunderl Pasarić, Marko Dolenec i Tatjana Šikić prisustvovali su završnom sastanku projekta Walking the Path of Giving: Taking Action for Solidarity, Sustainability, an Inclusive Society and Fairer World koji je održan 26., 27. i 28. svibnja, 2025. Katerini, Grčka.
Kroz ovaj zanimljiv Erasmus projekt naučili smo puno o uključivanju učenika, profesora i lokalne zajednice u volonterske i humanitarne akcije. Naši su nam domaćini omogućili da osim što smo razgledali njihovu školu i Centar za imigrante, sami prisustvujemo radionicama prilikom kojih smo razvrstavali donirane namirnice, pakirali ih i sami osmislili listu namirnica potrebnu za preživljavanje za dva tjedna prilikom katastrofa.
Prisustvovali smo i dvodnevnoj Konferenciji na temu volontiranja i humanitarnih akcija u doba krize.

Brief overview of the European project “Walking the Paths of Volunteering: Taking Action for Solidarity, Sustainability, an Inclusive Society, and a Fairer World” (2023-1-EL01-KA210-SCH-000152161) and presentation of the activities implemented, by Ms. Thomi Margariti, member of the Educational Team.

- Introduction to the concept of Civil Protection: How we organize ourselves to address a humanitarian crisis caused by a natural disaster, and the role of volunteers, by Mr. Ilias Tsolakidis, Head of the Tobacco Station of Katerini.
Guided visit to the storage facilities for emergency supplies and the mobile kitchen capable of preparing hundreds of meals in case of emergency.
